The best hotel in Ponta Delgada. We were stopping by this island for one day and best choice we made. Beautiful clean room and luxurious bedding. Hotel staff are all friendly and professional . What a great location! 8 min from the airport and you can walk to the major town with restaurants and shopping. Ours came with the breakfast buffet and food was really good. As we leave early to the airport, they prepared coffee bar with pastry, just for us. Valet parking is only $12 . Value is incredible and we really had an amazing time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel, the rooms are modern, the beds are comfortable and everything is in order working and clean in the rooms. The swimming pool is very nice, clean and the decking is new and stylish. The restaurant and bar serve great food and the service is outstanding. Overall the service is really great. Starting with the cleaning Team, the front desk the doormen and the staff in the restaurant. I would come back here without hesitation. Great Hotel where you miss nothing. Some 5* German hotels can learn a view things here.

Best five-star hotel I’ve ever been. Great view, great rooms, nice bar, really kind staff. Good gym & pool. Great value for money. You’ll not regret choosing this hotel.

Dont be fooled by 5 star rating. Yes they give you a bathrobe and slippers to make it a 5 star but that's it. Definitely not worth the money. Place was dirty. At Breakfast several staff members were coughing and sick. I had to tell 1 staffer to stay away from me so I wouldn't get sick. The gym is a joke. Most of the machines old, antiquated, and broken. Carpets smelled. I could go on . Very, very disappointed

We had an amazing day at this hotel! Our favorite part, hands down, was the Ocean pool across the street. Excellent hotel and gorgeous interior! Few minutes from town center, fantastic breakfast! Bed was extremely comfortable and all the pillows were great! There’s a valet for the car, which was a great! Would definitely stay here again!

Our room had the view of the ocean and it was beautiful! Breakfast was perfect every day, lots of choices, everything was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Very friendly and polite staff.
